Your video is live once it has been uploaded and encoded. A live video is ready for publishing.

Once you upload a video, you will see the "your video is being processed" thumbnail. As soon as your video is ready, you will see an actual thumbnail from your video show up, and you will also be able to click on the video title, or the thumbnail, and start customizing your video player.
