How do I upgrade or downgrade my account/plan?

You can make upgrade or downgrade requests at any time, by visiting "My Account > Service Manager" in your Publisher console.


Please note that all upgrade requests are instantaneous, and entitle you to a pro-rated refund from your previous plan cycle.

All downgrade requests are logged in our system and automatically come into effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

 

NOTE: An upgrade request is one where the total bill amount is greater than the total bill amount in your previous subscription. Likewise, a downgrade request is one where the total bill amount is less than the total billable amount in your previous subscription.
